______________________________

The firm's real estate practice group specializes in commercial and investment real estate transactions, real property lease negotiations, real estate finance, entity formations and litigation.  The real estate market is a dynamic environment that requires a thorough knowledge of the many and varied facets and phases of real property investment and ownership.  Buying, holding, selling or exchanging real property assets requires more than the legal documents that establish the relationships involved in a real estate transaction; they also require an informed and working knowledge of the business dimensions of the underlying market and transactions.

Burnham Brown attorneys are relied upon for bringing more to the table than the drafting of legal documents. That is because Burnham Brown attorneys bring an understanding of the business risks and judgments necessary to counsel and advise our clients in each phase of the significant decisions arising out of a client's real estate transactions and holdings.
