Erica Summan

Prior to joining Burnham Brown, Erica Summan gained experience at private civil defense firms. She has extensive case management experience in personal injury, products liability, defamation, structural fire, and real estate litigation, including premises liability, landlord-tenant, wrongful eviction, and fair employment and housing act.

Practice Experience

  • Represents parties in all phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, mediation, and trial.
  • General Civil litigation practice with an emphasis in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, employment, and retail and hospitality.
  • Defends and counsels individuals and businesses in complex Corporations Code matters.
