Rogelio Serrano-Gutierrez

Mr. Serrano-Gutierrez joined Burnham Brown's Retail and Hospitality practice group in 2017.  He is responsible for drafting motions, pleadings, case evaluations, mediation briefs, arbitration agreements, and settlement strategy reports.  Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships, assessing suitability of cases for mediation, preparing clients for mediation
  • Interviewing and developing legal strategy for clients seeking dismissals or resolutions of criminal convictions
