Robert M. Bodzin Returns as In-House Counsel Moderator for DRI Retail & Hospitality Law Conference

Burnham Brown partner Robert M. Bodzin was one of the founding members of the DRI Retail & Hospitality Committee where he moderated a panel on class action litigation back in 2010.  Last year Mr. Bodzin was honored to be the moderator on a panel that addressed the use of confidential documents and settlements in litigation.  In May, Mr. Bodzin will moderate a panel that will address the following topics:  how to nurture relationships among in-house counsel to create a community and collaborate; the effect of restructuring of legal departments; and in-house counsel’s role in protecting the brand and the effect of social media in this process.

The seminar takes place at the beautiful Lowes Royal Pacific & Sapphire Falls Resort Universal Orlando Florida.  In-House speakers at the event are from companies that include Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Publix Super Markets,  and Steve Madden Ltd. You can register here.

Robert M.
