Burnham Brown Associate Lynn Rivera along with two other panelists spoke at the CLM Nevada Chapter Educational mixer on "Self-Driving to Distraction: Case Studies Involving Autonomous Vehicles". To educate claims, risk management and legal professionals with regard to tools and methodologies that can be used to better perform their respective claims management responsibilities. In particular, attendees learned, among other things: legal issues that may arise in accidents involving autonomous vehicles based on case studies in accidents occurring in Nevada, Arizona and California.
