The mission of the food bank is to alleviate hunger by providing nutritious food and nutrition education to people in need, educating the public and promoting public policies that address hunger and its root causes. Burnham Brown's commitment to breaking the cycle of hunger and poverty includes staff food sorting volunteer days at the food bank and food drive sponsorships. Burnham Brown attorneys and employees have participated in multiple food drives for the Alameda County Food Bank and have collected monetary donations on their behalf.
