Ms. Moore is a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her expertise includes general liability, personal injury, wrongful death, toxic tort, premises liability and product liability. She represents individuals, small businesses, corporations and public entity clients through all phases of litigation. February 2013: Second chair trial counsel in defense of a living mesothelioma toxic tort case.  Plaintiffs sought over $1.7 million in economic damages and over $12 million in general damages against multiple defendants. Obtained defense verdict on behalf of manufacturing client, following a seven week jury trial.
