Mr. Bodzin was recently elected to Chair and has been a member of the Executive Committee for this section since 2006. Mr. Bodzin is a frequent speaker and co-chair of the annual "Best Practices for Litigation and Trial" event. He has also served as chair of educational programs and is currently a member of the civil jury instructions subcommittee for the section. As a member and now incoming Chair of the Litigation Section Executive Committee, Mr. Bodzin is committed to the pro bono work involved in delivering high-quality educational and trial practice programs. Mr. Bodzin is also a member of the Defense Research Institute’s Publication Board, where he also holds the title of Publications Chair for the Retail and Hospitality Law Committee. Mr. Bodzin is a Burnham Brown partner who regularly tries catastrophic personal injury/wrongful death cases and complex business and commercial matters for large corporations, small businesses and individual professionals. His term as Chair begins in October 2013 at the California State Bar Annual Meeting.
