- Mobilehome Residency Law: defense of failure to maintain suits including class action; transactional and operational matters (lease and rules/regulations creation, enforcement and notices, park closure, purchase and sale due diligence); rent and eviction controls; and, employment and compliance issues (HCD, ADA, FEHA).
- Construction defect and contracts: Represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, design engineers, material suppliers and product manufacturers in contracting and litigation including class action and mass-tort, multi-party construction defect, mechanic's liens, and environmental contamination.
- Environmental: specializes in the medical and scientific issues raised in environmental and personal injury litigation. Cases involve allegations of serious personal injury resulting from major traumas and purported exposures to chemicals, lead, radon, gasses, molds, bacteria, volatile organic compounds, and other particulates. Advice and counsel for UST site contamination and clean up.
- Business & Commercial: Represents business organizations and individuals in transactional matters (formation, dissolution, governing documents, due diligence), business disputes including fraud, copyright and trademark infringement, trade libel, unfair competition, and false advertising claims.
